Pallet Racking Inspection Process

Our racking inspection process always starts with you, the customer.

We’re here to take away the unwanted extra pressures which sit outside your priority role. That’s why we’re always happy to visit new customer’s sites to offer no obligation advice.

Once the pallet racking inspection has been booked and the date is set, our team will visit site and carry the inspection. First we will carry out the racking inspection, using our green, amber & red system to indicate the level of severity. Using our Data pen technology, we allow quick and direct communication of the report so we can leave a copy on site and have a version electronically sent. We also take a copy so we can offer you a quote to rectify any damage we pick up.

This is where we stand out from the crowd. For us, the racking inspection is the very first step in the process of ensuring your racking is as safe as possible. On top of this we are able to create a maintenance plan, offer specialist repair methods that significantly reduce your repair bills and we can even offer protection and training for your staff.

We’re also proud to boast a number of additional benefits using The Rack Group for your pallet racking  inspection needs.
